Understanding Our Service

Convert Eaze is a platform that enables you to convert files from one format to another. Our conversion technology is browser-based, meaning your files are processed on your own device rather than uploaded to our servers. This ensures your privacy and keeps your files secure and under your control during the entire conversion process.

We offer two service tiers:

Free plan: Convert up to ten files per day, with a maximum file size of fifty megabytes each.

Premium plan: Enjoy unlimited daily conversions with no file size restrictions.

Your Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, such as your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it. If you detect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately via email.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use Convert Eaze. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

Convert Eaze is for lawful, legitimate file conversion only. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any files you convert.

You may not use Convert Eaze to convert files that:

You do not have permission or rights to modify.

Contain illegal or infringing content.

Although we do not monitor file content due to our privacy-first design, you are responsible for your own use of the service.

You also agree not to:

Bypass daily limits or file size restrictions.

Use bots, scripts, or automation to exploit the service.

Interfere with or disrupt Convert Eaze systems (e.g., spreading malware or attempting unauthorized access).

Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

Premium Plans and Payments

The free plan allows you to test Convert Eaze with ten daily conversions (up to 50 MB per file).

Upgrading to the Premium Plan gives you unlimited conversions with no size limits. Payments are processed through PayPal.

Refunds are not provided, as users can fully test the service through the free plan.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep Convert Eaze running 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or external issues may temporarily disrupt service. We will minimize downtime and provide notice when possible.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, pricing, or plan at any time.

Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your files. Convert Eaze does not claim any rights to your content. Since all conversions happen locally on your device, we never access, view, or store your files.

The Convert Eaze platform including the website, code, and branding—is owned by us and protected under copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it except as necessary to use the service.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is core to Convert Eaze. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your files never leave your device during conversion, and we cannot access or store them. Once you close your browser or download the output, temporary files are deleted automatically.

Disclaimers and Liability

Convert Eaze is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or complete security.

You use Convert Eaze at your own risk. Always back up your original files before conversion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convert Eaze disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convert Eaze from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the service or violation of these Terms. This includes claims related to copyrighted or illegal content you convert.

Termination

You may stop using Convert Eaze at any time. To delete your account, contact us via email, and we will process your request according to our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the service. If terminated for cause, no refunds will be issued.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

General Provisions

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Convert Eaze. If any part is found invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a term does not constitute a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours freely.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect service or legal changes. Significant updates will be announced via email or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
